Why SGI PoolCare Was Created

SGI PoolCare was created in response to a problem we kept hearing about again and again from vacation rental owners, property managers, and busy pool and spa owners on St. George Island.

The story was always the same.

Pools were technically “clean,” but not guest-ready.
Decks were cluttered with broken pool toys and leftover trash from previous stays.
Furniture was scattered, palms overgrown, and small but important details were being missed — the very details guests notice first and remember most.

And those details matter.

In a competitive vacation rental market, repeat bookings and 5-star reviews aren’t driven by a clean interior alone. They’re driven by the experience guests walk into the moment they step outside: a sparkling pool, a clear and organized deck, fresh-trimmed palms, and outdoor spaces that feel intentionally maintained.

SGI PoolCare was built to handle the often-overlooked tasks that fall between pool service, landscaping, and turnover cleaning — tasks that directly impact guest satisfaction but don’t always have a dedicated provider.
